Quick checks
- If the camera view does not appear, check Camera permission in iOS Settings.
- If video recording has no sound, check Microphone permission in iOS Settings.
- If saving fails, check Photos permission and available device storage.
- If Pro features do not unlock after purchase, open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases.
- Photos save to the app album first; if copying to Photos fails, open the album detail and choose Save to Photos.
Pro unlock
GlowPop Pro offers a one-time lifetime purchase or an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Both unlock unlimited photos and video recording. All light colors can be previewed free; the first 5 successfully saved photos are free. Manage or cancel monthly subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Payment and purchase history are handled by Apple.
