How can we help?
Email [email protected] with your iPhone model, iOS version and what happened. Please do not send private photos unless needed and you choose to share them.
Set a photo to 300 DPI
Tap Choose Photos, Browse Files or Take Photo, keep 300 selected and tap Set DPI & Export. DPI only rewrites the resolution tag, so the pixels, colors and transparency do not change. The result screen shows the DPI read back from the new file.
A print shop says my photo is too small
That usually means too few pixels, not a low DPI tag. Choose Fit to print size, enter the paper size (for example A4 or 10 × 15 cm) and DPI. DPI shows the effective PPI. You can keep the pixels and use the matching DPI, enlarge to full size (adds pixels, not detail), or keep the DPI and print smaller.
Batch
Select up to 50 photos. Each file reports success or failure; retry only the failed ones. Results are new files and never overwrite your originals.
Prepare a print delivery
Add up to three print sizes for the same photo. Check each crop and any pixel shortfall before exporting. Save a named setup to reuse the sizes and output settings; preview it before applying. Export verification reads the actual files back, and the delivery ZIP includes a report. A 4 × 6 inch test-print PDF includes a 100 mm ruler; print at actual size to check the scale.
Find your files
Use Photos, Share or Files on the result screen. Exports are also in Files → On My iPhone → DPI.
Print and email
On the result screen tap Print for AirPrint (orientation, automatic paper and size correction) or Email to attach the files or one ZIP. Email requires the Mail app to be set up; otherwise use Share.
Why did my file get re-saved?
Plain DPI changes are lossless. Fit to print size, enlarging and Remove location re-save the photo. The color profile is kept; HDR gain maps are not.
Restore or manage access
DPI Pro offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions, plus a one-time lifetime purchase. All three unlock the same Pro features; prices and billing periods appear in the app before purchase. The lifetime purchase does not renew. Subscriptions renew every month or year, according to the selected plan, at the price shown in the app until you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends, in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions (or tap Manage subscription in the app). Sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchase to restore access. Refunds are handled by Apple.
