TalkNice Service Terms

App license: Apple standard EULA

The license to use the iOS app is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These service terms supplement that license for TalkNice's cloud features and do not replace mandatory consumer rights.

What the service does

TalkNice transcribes recordings, composes messages in the selected output language, and provides optional kinder rewrites. AI results may contain mistakes. Review the result before copying, inserting or sending it. TalkNice does not send messages automatically and is not professional counselling, therapy or advice. Cloud features require network access. Keyboard dictation requires enabling a microphone session in the main app, then returning to a compatible text field to dictate using the TalkNice keyboard.

Free plan and Pro

The free plan includes 10 completed dictations or keyboard rewrites per day. A completed dictation includes its selected output language and an optional kinder rewrite. Failed requests do not use the daily app allowance. Pro removes the daily app allowance; recordings remain limited to 2 minutes each, and infrastructure safety limits and service availability still apply.

Pro offers one-month and one-year auto-renewing subscriptions. The exact price, currency, billing period and any eligible offer are displayed in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before purchase. The displayed store price governs your purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before that period ends.
• If an eligible free trial is offered, it converts to the displayed paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Eligibility is determined by Apple; unused trial time may be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
• Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; paid access ordinarily continues until the current period ends.
• Restore purchases in the app using the Apple Account that purchased them. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content and reasonable use

Your words remain yours. Do not use the service unlawfully, to harass others, automate abuse, evade safety controls or resell access. We may restrict misuse where appropriate. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and support

Network and AI providers may be unavailable or slow. We cannot guarantee error-free results or uninterrupted availability. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law requires. Contact [email protected] for support. Apple is not responsible for providing TalkNice support.

服务内容

TalkNice 转写录音、按所选输出语言整理消息，并提供可选的温柔改写。AI 结果可能有误，复制、插入或发送之前请检查。App 不自动发送消息，不构成专业咨询、治疗或建议。云端功能需要联网；键盘听写需要先在主 App 启用麦克风会话，再回到兼容的输入框，通过 TalkNice 键盘听写。

免费版与 Pro

免费版每天包含 10 次成功听写或键盘改写。一次听写包括所选语言输出及一次可选温柔改写。失败请求不扣除每日 App 免费次数。Pro 取消每日 App 次数限制，每段录音仍限 2 分钟，基础设施安全限制和服务可用性仍适用。

Pro 提供按月与按年自动续期订阅。实际价格、币种、订阅周期和符合资格的优惠，会在购买前由 App 与 Apple 购买确认页显示；购买以商店显示价格为准。

• 购买确认后，费用从 Apple 账户扣除。
• 除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则自动续期。续期费用在周期结束前 24 小时内扣除。
• 如有符合资格的免费试用，除非在结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则会按显示价格转为付费订阅。资格由 Apple 判断；购买订阅时，未用完的试用时间可能失效。
• 可在 Apple 账户订阅设置管理或取消。取消阻止下一次续期，通常可继续使用至已付费周期结束。
• 使用购买时的 Apple 账户，在 App 内恢复购买。退款由 Apple 通过 reportaproblem.apple.com处理。

内容与合理使用

可用性与支持
