Start with the smallest useful action

Open the app and log what happened today. The home screen offers No alcohol and Had a drink. You do not need a long written entry or a finished collection to keep a useful record. Pick a moment you can return to, then review whether that routine is working for you.

Make the collection optional

Daily logs contribute progress toward illustrated virtual collectibles. You can review your finds and arrange the mini fridge when you want that visual part of the routine. You can also focus on the tracker. The beer-item theme may not suit everyone choosing an alcohol-free tracking app, so inspect the actual screens first.

Use history to keep context

Look back at your recorded days rather than judging everything by the current counter. A missed entry and an incorrect entry require different attention. Use the available History controls to review and correct the record where appropriate.

Add a pause when you want one

The Panic button opens in-app activities, including breathing. The optional camera mirror is not required to use the breathing exercise. The button does not contact emergency services, and a pause does not replace professional treatment or support.

Choose access after the routine makes sense

Basic tracking, history, collectibles and the mini fridge are free. If the additional cabinet, poster-export and collection-boost features are useful to you, inspect the Pro offer in the app. Lifetime is a one-time purchase; existing active Monthly subscriptions remain Pro while valid. Buying Lifetime does not cancel an existing subscription.
