A counter is one view of the record
Your current alcohol-free period does not describe every earlier day. Daily history adds context by keeping the entries you have recorded. Use it to understand the actual log rather than treating one number as a complete account of your routine.
Record the day you actually had
On the home screen, choose No alcohol or Had a drink. A missing entry is not the same thing as a confirmed alcohol-free day. Keep collection rewards separate from the answer you choose; an accurate record is more useful than an entry made to protect a counter.
Open History and review the entries
Use the History control near the app title to revisit your days and earlier alcohol-free periods. If an entry is wrong, use the available correction controls in History. Review the result after making a correction. Button wording may vary with the selected app language.
Keep Health trends in context
Connecting Apple HealthKit for sleep and resting-heart-rate trends is optional. You can keep a daily log without granting that access. A trend is not proof that one behavior caused a change, and the app does not turn those observations into medical advice.
Keep local records and purchases separate
Daily records and cabinet arrangements are stored on your iPhone without developer cloud sync. Device backups depend on your Apple settings. Restore Purchases restores eligible paid access, not deleted history. Keep any important exports before removing the app or changing devices.
