Follow these steps

  1. Open Combine Photos and select the pictures you want to include.
  2. Choose a grid or stitching layout that suits the photos.
  3. Adjust the arrangement and inspect the preview, especially faces and text near the edges.
  4. Export the finished image, open the saved file and share that copy.

Choose a layout for the job

A side-by-side grid works well for a before-and-after comparison. A longer stitched image can be better for a sequence of screenshots. Decide what the viewer needs to compare before choosing the layout. Keep each source image large enough to understand at the final viewing size.

One image can still be too large

Combining pictures solves a one-file requirement, but it does not guarantee that the resulting file meets an upload-size or dimension limit. Check those limits separately. If the destination displays only a small preview, a very long stitched image may make the individual pictures difficult to read.

Check the saved image, not only the preview

Open the exported file from Photos or Files before sending it. Check that the order is right and no important content was cropped. For before-and-after work, use comparable angles and lighting and label the comparison accurately. A collage should not imply a result that the original photos do not show.

Try the browser option for a quick task

Just Compress also has a free browser photo combiner. Use the linked tool if you want to combine supported images without installing an app. The iPhone app has its own purchase options; check its current App Store listing before choosing a plan.

Common questions

Can I combine screenshots as well as photos?

Use supported image inputs and inspect the exported result, particularly small text.

Does the collage replace my source photos?

Keep the source photos. Share the newly exported combined image as a separate file.
